Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana
I followed another user's suggestion to replace the cream with milk and a tablespoon of cornstarch, because they don't make lactose-free heavy cream. It is some of the best soup I've ever had, I will make it again and again. Also used kale.

Italian Wedding Soup I
This is not what I was hoping for. Very bland, and if you cook according to directions, the escarole becomes slimy mush. I don't even want to try to make it better.
