Peach Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2012
I had 4 fresh peaches that needed to be eaten, so I tried this recipe. It was delicious! I added about 1/4 cup of skim milk, as recommended by other reviewer, and sprinkled the tops with sugar crystals before popping them in the oven. Came out perfectly and my kids have devoured them! Thanks for the great recipe!

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2012
This was DELICIOUS! I followed some of the recommendations of other reviewers and added onion powder, garlic and a tablespoon of Worchestershire sauce. Heated buttered rolls with mozzarella cheese. Didn't have a Guiness beer, so had to make do with Shiner Bock. My family devoured it!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2010
This really is the best rolled sugar cookie recipe! I added an extra 1/2 C sugar and doubled the vanilla. Frosted them with the sugar cookie icing recipe on this site. DELICIOUS! And they were perfect for cutting with cookie cutters. Held their shape perfectly. Now I'm just looking for an excuse to make more cookies!

Rainbow Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2010
I made this for Easter and it was a big hit. I used a pretty bundt cake pan as a mold. Made two packages of jello at a time as suggested by some other reviewers. It was beautiful and everyone LOVED it! Time consuming, but it sure makes a pretty display!

Microwave Pralines

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2010
This is one of my favorite recipes! I am now famous for my "homemade pralines"! I have a pretty powerful microwave, so I microwave 4 min., stir, and micorwave one minute more. They are creamy and fabulous. I have to hide them from my husband or he will eat the whole batch in one sitting!
