Strawberry Cream Pie

This is a fantastic recipe! You have to double it to fit a normal pie tin. It's so good - the fresh mashed strawberries make it super fresh tasting and give it true strawberry flavor.

No Bake Double Good Dessert

I ended up baking the cream cheese, sugar, pb, and an added egg part to make a cheesecake, then cooling, before spreading whipped cream on top. Delicious!

Just like the ones my mother made. So perfect! I replaced the water with milk and just threw all the ingredients in my brradmaker on the dough setting. Also for the filling I used half white and half brown sugar so it has a less gooey more crispy effect. So delicious!

Vanilla Crepes

This was so easy to make. I wish I had used whole eggs - the crepes were slightly thicker than I wanted, and I think the whites might have made the moister difference. Excellent taste though!

Fried Rice with Cilantro

Excellent, tasted just like real fried rice! I didn't have the fish sauce, so I just doubled the soy (reduced sodium) and it was great!

Curried Coconut Chicken

This is one of my favorite curry recipes, I've been making it for over a year now to rave reviews. The great thing is, it's so simple, I recently was running late, got home and threw the chicken in the microwave for a a minute to speed up the cooking, and got the whole meal done in the time it took the rice to cook:

Cheese Sauce Over Cauliflower

Nutella ™ Cheesecake

This was very good. I was in the mood for cheesecake, so I made this with 3 8oz blocks of cream cheese and then kept adding nutella to taste (I think I added about 13 oz). I didn't add sugar, but I did add an egg. And I baked this for 30 minutes at 350, the baking definitely made the texture more cheesecake like. It tasted great!

Pork, Cashew, and Green Bean Stir-Fry

This recipe tasted great. I used chicken and peanuts instead of pork and cashews. Also, I didn't have sesame oil, so I used 1 tsp. veg. oil, 1 tsp. walnut oil, and 1tsp sesame seeds. When I poured the chicken and sauce in to the pan, they stuck to the bottom so I added about a cup of water. I would probably double the amount of soy sauce next time and still add water, because there didn't seem to be enough sauce. But what was there tasted great, the fresh ginger and green beans were wonderful with the chicken. Also, I opened a can of chicken broth and used the rest that didn't go in the recipe as part of the 'water' to cook the rice in. All together very nice flavor and appearance! Thanks!

Banana Chocolate Chip Dessert

Absolutely perfect. I served this for dessert to some guests last night and cut up the leftovers for other guests for brunch this morning. For both settings, this cake/coffee cake fit right in and everyone complimented it! I also used a 9x13 pan and baked longer than 20 min.

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

This has a great flavor, but I was disappointed with how it looked. The consistency was very crumbly (impossible to serve gracefully!), and the chocolate chips sank to the bottom.

Party Potatoes

This recipe turns out great every time. I always add a clove or two of garlic to it just for a slight garlic flavor. I love the fact that I can make this recipe ahead of time, it just makes my life that much easier!
