My family loved this meal, even my four and two year olds! I did add some cumin and chili powder for more flavor. I'll definitely make it again!

Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast

The first time, I accidentally used a whole 4 oz can of tomato paste but it turned out great, so I did again this time with the same result. I did double the carrots and celery and used dried thyme and rosemary. My kids and husband love it! I serve it over egg noodles and it's full meal!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

It was great, but like many other muffin recipes, the heat is too high. I recommend 325 degrees instead, it allows time to rise without burning it.
