OMG I was able to get my children to eat zucchini and them not even know it. I even tricked my neighbors. Everyone thought they were delicious. You really have to look hard to see the zucchini in there. Great recipe even for kids.

Baked Ziti I

This was the best ever. I don't like ricotta so the sour cream I guess was a substitute. The whole family loved it, all 5 of us. Made a lot so we had the neighbors over for lunch the next day. Very easy.

Garlic Red Potatoes

Very easy side dish with great flavor. I love recipes that only need a few ingredients. I used bottled lemon juice and it tasted great.

London Broil I

Very easy and delicous marinade. I only used half the soy sauce and used W sauce too. It was delicous. My 3 y/o and 15 m/o couldn't get enough. Tender enough for the baby.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Very good and easy. Everyone loved it. I omitted the wine and used beef broth instead. There were no leftovers.

Andrea's Pasta Fagioli

Made this for dinner last night. It was easy and excellent. Better than the Olive Garden. Used kidney beans and northern beans. Added spinach and some chicken for a hearty meal. Even better the next day. Used only 1/3 pound of the pasta.
