This was an excellent recipe! I was apprehensive to try it because of the dijon part, but after reading a few reviews and determining that the dijon really makes a difference, I decided to give it a whirl....it was fabulous! A very complimentary flavor to the fish w/ the breadcrumbs. BTW, i used seasoned panko bread crumbs in this recipe, and i think it was a good choice because they cooked up nicely in the oven w/ the butter will definitely make this recipe again!
