Pretty good stew. I added a few things to the recipe. In the flour mixture; I added Basil, Bay Leaves, Thyme, and Rosemary. I also let the meat simmer on low-heat for 30 minutes after it had browned. I did not add any juice from the canned diced tomatoes. I added 1/2 of the beef broth and added 1/2 cup of White Wine. I also added fresh mushrooms, finely chopped fresh garlic, and half a small onion. I changed the servings to 7, but it only fed 2 servings with a little leftover for my husband to take to lunch tomorrow. We ate this with garlic bread and the combination of the two made for a delicous dinner. I will make this recipe again. Next time I'll increase the servings so that we have more leftover.
