Chilled Beet Soup

I love this recipe. I grew up eating beets, so I expected the beet taste and knew it would be pink. I actually enjoy it more than borscht since the beet taste comes through much more with this.

Simple Sicilian Salad Dressing

I originally learned this recipe from my (Sicilian) grandfather, who adds a bit of sugar and garlic power in as well.

Blue Cheese Garlic Bread

My entire family loved it! I used 1/3 of the topping since it seemed like too much, but the butter melts away into the bread so everyone wound up using the rest anyways.
