Best Lasagna

I did not like that the meat, sauce and cheeses were all mixed together. Next time I will leave the cheese mixture separate.

Quick Biscuits

Wow. These were great. Good taste and good texture. If you like your biscuits sweet, add a tbsp of sugar, but I don't think they need it. Also, mine needed about a tbsp more cream to make it moist enough. Thanks for sharing!

Holiday Chicken Salad

Delicious! I reduced the amount of dried cranberries and only used about half of what was called for. It was a big hit!

The Ultimate Chili

Pan Basquaise

I did not have fresh parsley, so about 1 1/2 tablespoons of dried worked fine. The eggs were sort of out of place, next time I will not include thme. It had a wonderful flavor and I will make this again!

Strawberry Oat Muffins

I really enjoyed these muffins, very moist. I made a few changes... I added a tablespoon of corn starch, put a tsp. of baking soda, used applesauce instead of oil and used whole wheat flour instead of white. (Also added a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg) So, so good. Only thing, the dough around the strawberries turned sort of dark purple. Maybe because of the corn starch? Dispite the odd color, it was wonderful. I will make this again! Thanks for sharing!

Pumpkin Cranberry Bread

Healthy Banana Cookies

I used raisins instead of dates. I also used quick oats instead of rolled because that is what I had on hand. I made them bigger than suggested too. I am going to try them with pecans and cinnamon added next time.

Wonderful. And the dough chills well so you don't have to make it all at once. If the dough gets too cold, just microwave it for about 10 or 15 seconds. And they are very pretty too.
