Fast Food Biscuits

Reviewed: May 31, 2001
These biscuits were fantastic--the best ever! They were so light and fluffy, and they rose about an inch while baking! I tried the JP Big Daddy biscuit recipe because everyone raved about it, I was extremely disappointed. This recipe on the other hand was absolutely delicious.

Beef and Noodle Casserole

Was pretty good. I don't know why you bake it, everything is already mixed, cooked and hot when you put it in oven. I felt this step was more time consuming.

Yakisoba Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2007
My fiance and I loved this recipe. Made exactly as written except that I used a bag of coleslaw mix from the produce section instead of chopping a cabbage myself. Used the stated amount of "Rooster" sauce, thought the heat was perfect. We both thought that it would be great with more fresh veggies. Next time I will add water chestnuts and broccoli (maybe pea pods)

Grilled Salmon II

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2001
This was a great recipe. Wonderful flavor! I used salmon steaks rather than filets. I should've soaked them in the marinade longer because it did not really permiate the meat. I definitely will make this again. Thanks for the recipe!

Acapulco Margarita Grouper

This was made a fantastic dinner, very light and summery. We used mahi-mahi, and it turned out perfect. It was very flavorful. The "pico de gallo" was yummy slightly warmed by the margarita.

I am a yankee now living in the South, so I had no clue how to make this stuff. My boyfriend (native Alabamian) thought it was better than his Grandmas.

Classic Waffles

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2002
These were not good at all. Extremely bland. I had to coat them with butter and syrup in order to have any taste. I would've been better off to buy the frozen ones at the grocery store.
