Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

Made this in crockpot yesterday - and it is fabulous. I did use some of the suggestions and used brown sugar instead of white, cayenne and crushed red pepper flakes instead of hot sauce and added celery. A couple hours into 7 hour cook time I added potatoes and carrots. We like spicy food and it had just the right kick. Not sure why some of the people say it's bland - mine was extremely flavorful. Definitely a keeper at our house.

Jen's Fresh and Spicy Salsa

This should be called Jen's Fresh HOT and Spicy Salsa. My Husband loved it, but we both love HOT Spicy Salsa. I do agree with a few of the other reviews, I would drain the tomatoes before mixing in the other ingredients. I also used a couple of garlic cloves (chopped) instead of powder. Lots of flavor - excellent recipe.

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

Every time I've made this salad I have gotten compliments. I figured it was about time I pass them on to Jamie. Excellent salad recipe - it takes a little bit of time to make, but it's worth it.

Baby Back Ribs

This recipe was definitely a hit! I suggest reading some of the reviews and try some of their ideas. I brushed a little liquid smoke on first then a rib rub then used KC Masterpiece Hot & Spicy sauce. Marinated for 8 hours. Placed the wrapped foil packets on a tin foil cookie sheet. Cooked for 2 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. Then removed ribs from packets - put them back on aluminum foil sheets - added more sauce and broiled for 5 minutes. Excellent!!!! I gave this recipe 5 stars because the basic idea is what makes the ribs so tender, juicy and easy.

Fruited Curry Chicken Salad

Very, very, very good. My husband loved it. However, we like a stronger curry flavor so we used a tablespoon of curry.
