Sesame Noodles
I followed the recipe to the letter (with the exception of using multigrain spaghetti noodles), and thought it was fantastic! I served it with Ina's asian grilled salmon, and a side of steamed edamame - yum! My 3 picky children devoured these noodles, and my husband and I agreed they were the best part of the meal. Such a great base for many, many meals to come - next time I plan to add some veggies as suggested by another reviewer, and will try with shrimp skewers. Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

Waikiki Cornbread
Oh, wow - this is the best cornbread ever! I made this to go with our annual Christmas Eve stew, and it was the first thing to go! Everyone kept commenting that it was like cake (as they went back for 2nd and 3rd helpings). I followed the recipe exactly, and it was perfect. This is now my official cornbread recipe - I'm making another batch tomorrow to go with our New Years Day black-eyed pea soup (recipe also from this site). Thanks for an awesome recipe!

Black-Eyed Pea and Bacon Soup
Yum! Great, easy recipe. Just made this to have tomorrow for New Years lunch, and plan to serve with the Waikiki Cornbread recipe from this site. Used pepper-crusted bacon like the last reviewer (used the full pound - we like bacon!), and added a few dashes of hot pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Very good; will definitely make again!
