Mushroom and Swiss Chicken

This is WONDERFUL! Very moist chicken. The only thing different I did was put the oil, vinegar,and garlic in a zip lock bag and shook it with chicken in it. Then I put it in my baking pan.

Cream Cheese Pound Cake III

Oh my word....This is the best and easiest pound cake I have ever made. I do think the key to a good pound cake is allow your ingredients to set out so that it can be close to room temperature prior to mixing also beat the ingredients for a while make sure everything is mixed well and that butter and sugar are FLUFFY. You could put fresh fruit or even do a glaze for this cake. Thank you for the great recipe!

Creamy Potato Pork Chop Bake

This was very bland...The sour cream sauce added no flavoring to the hash browns. It diffently needs a lot salt and pepper. I won't do this again.

Chicken Casserole Mississippi

This was GREAT! My husband really liked it. I had some left over and he said not to throw it away he would eat it tomorrow. He hates leftovers. The only thing I did different was I added black pepper and a splash of milk to the soup.
