Grilled Teriyaki Tuna

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2010
So quick, easy and delicious. I usually marinate it in the early afternoon and then grill in a frying pan later for dinner. I always add sesame seeds to the marinade too, I feel it adds a bit of Asian influence to it.

Chinese Spicy Hot And Sour Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2009
I have made this many times now, and I always play with the amount of mushroom and the types. I also add bok choy. So delicious, you will love it so much more than the restaurant kinds. I looked at every Chinese restaurant in the area and settled on this one!

Chocolate Praline Layer Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2009
I was looking for a good replacement Chocolate Praline Cake for my restaurant, since my baker's wasn't what it used to be, when I found this. It tastes wonderful!! The cakes work beautifully if you freeze the praline mixture before adding the cake batter, and then removing them from the pan within the first 5 minutes of coming out of the oven. Not one pecan stuck to the pan. My only problem is that when you take the cake out of the oven it is rounded on top so that when you flip it over it cracks down the center. Trying to figure out how to solve this problem...any ideas?

Super yummy!! I used peppered bacon, and a little more than the recipe recommended but I thought that it was perfect.

Peach Ice Cream

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2009
This is the best peach Ice Cream EVER!!! I made it last year after the Knott's Island Peach festival left me with too many peaches to eat. I needed to find the recipe so that I can try it with Strawberries.

Salmon Chowder

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2009
This chowder was so great and easy, I didn't have everything on the list so I used what I had and substituted a little bit as well. I didn't have celery so I used red bell pepper for color. I used two cans of 10oz boneless and skinless salmon, I also used 2 cans od 5 oz condensed milk and kept everything else the same. IT WAS YUMMY!!! Fiance Loved it!!! Thanks!

Pear Butter

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2008
I made this butter and thought that it was alright. Many people have loved it though. It just seemed to have taken a lot longer to cook then what was stated in the recipe. I think that I might have used too much sugar so it might be my fault, will try again.

Baked Potato Pizza

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2008
This is too funny, I have this exact recipe from a calendar I got last year. Word for word, measure for measure with one exception... my recipe has 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup ranch. It really is a great recipe, don't be shy about piling it high either!
