Pumpkin Fluff Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2012
I halved the recipe and thought it turned out wonderful! It got lots of compliments. Served with Cinnamon Graham Crackers, Apple slices and Nilla wafers. Also spread some between 2 graham crackers and placed back in freezer for a frozen treat - yum!

Make Ahead French Toast

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2012
so disappointed with this recipe. made it for the first time today hoping for a nice Easter breakfast and the middle of the bread slices were soggy (despite 40 min in the over) and had little to no flavor. should have know when I had so much extra egg batter and nut mixture. will not make again.

Salmon Cakes I

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2012
This recipe is definitely for people who do not like fish because I could not taste it at all and I only used 1 potato! I'm also very glad I made a tarter sauce since even with the addition of onion and parsley, these tasted very bland and a little dry. Probably will not make again.

Easy OREO Truffles

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2011
So good and very addicting! very easy recipe - especially crushing the cookies in the food processor. I also found using my hands to blend the crumbs and the cream cheese the easiest. I put my mixture in the fridge for at least an hour and had no problem rolling them in the chocolate. Used red sugar sprinkles for topping and liked it.

Mushroom Blue Cheese Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2011
these were Not a hit in my house. I thought they had no flavor at all. they were moist but they were nothing like a beef burger. (not that I was going for that but for others to say that is amazing to me.) will not make again.

Easy and Fun Peanut Butter Balls

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2011
Yum! the only change I made was to use 1/2 cup dry milk and 1/2 cup wheat germ. It mixed together easily. I rolled half in coconut flakes and half in crushed graham crackers. (just wet my hands with water first) My kids liked them for their afternoon snack - thanks!

Brigadeiro

Delicious and Easy to make! I've been giving them as little gifts to my friends. really like them rolled in coconut flakes and chocolate sprinkles. plain granulated sugar is ok but many people like the crushed Nilla wafers. I'm going to try crushed pretzels next!

Very Good! I used 2 fresh pieces of wheat bread to make my crumbs then only reduced the salt to 1/2 t. Quite tasty.

Playgroup Granola Bars

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2010
Delicious! Both my girls loved them. The consistency was perfect and they stayed fresh in a ziploc bag! I also followed the advice of the first reviewer and used only whole-wheat flour and 1/2 cup brown sugar. can't wait to make them again.

No Bake Choco-Peanut-Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2010
When I need a chocolate fix, this is the cookie I go to! I used to make these all the time as a kid with my mom, the only difference is the PB was missing. I love the addition of PB! (I think they taste great no matter if they set up right or not.)

Broccoli Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2010
We liked this recipe. It was easy to make but I did follow the other suggestions and sauteed the onions with a little butter first. I also added salt, pepper and garlic powder to the egg mixture and only used 1 cup of cheese, which was plenty. I used fresh broccoli florets because I had them in the fridge and just cooked them a little in the microwave first. Will make again!

Summertime Tuna Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2010
I skipped the broccoli and used the food processor to finely chop the carrots and celery, plus I used 2 cans of tuna. It was yummy but slightly bland. Might add onion next time.
