Awesome Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

I love this recipe!! I made it for Easter, and it was a huge hit. They loved it, even had family ask for the recipe. I did fix it up though, I put 1 1/2 cups of sugar and 1 cup of oil, still came out perfect.

Tuna Egg Sandwich

Im pregnant, and I crave tuna, this recipe is delicious, you have to put eggs in or it just isn't the same. I also added some sweet relish to this and gives it more flavor.

Simple Whole Roasted Chicken

This recipe is good, my family loves it. At first I was a little hesitant to put sugar and cinnamon on meat, but I'm glad I did, because it's the best whole chicken recipe I've made.
