Baked Stuffed Zucchini

Best stuffed zucchini's I've made, really tasty, I just didn't boil them first. Second time made, I used less mushrooms, added some chopped garbanzo beans beans & added a small amount of leftover spicy rice. Again they were great. Nice flexible recipe.

Such a great combination of ingredients. I used Kalamata olives instead of black olives, and less peppers to suit my tastes. Left the party w/an empty clean bowl

Ultra Creamy Mashed Potatoes

These potatoes were exceptional. Tried w/Yukon gold potatoes. Rich, creamy, & flavorful. I've made them as the recipe states & also tried w/non fat milk, garlic & a touch of Parmesan cheese for a different flavoring. Always delicious

Foil-Baked Chicken

Pretty average dish, good flavor, very simple, though I put all the chicken in 1 package. I used only 1T of cornstarch & less cilantro (personal taste). No complaints but not amazing either. Fried rice made a good side dish.

No Roll Pie Crust I

Maple Baked Pork Loin Roast

fantastic flavor, super easy & sooooo tender. used bbq sauce instead of ketchup. My cooking time was a little more then 1 hr because I used only a 2 lb roast. No leftovers!

Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie

My first lmp & it turned out wonderfully. Made it for a b-day celebration & it was well liked. I didn't change anything, but I wondered if cream of tarter was needed for the meringue, though I didn't have any problems w/o it. thanks to emilie's grandma

Maple Salmon

wonderful recipe for salmon. I followed the recipe, & also added 1T of grated fresh ginger. Marinated for 30 min. The result was sweet, tender, flavorful, really delicious. As suggested by others I also thicken the marinade & spooned it over the fish, perfect....and no leftovers! Thanks for sharing this recipe.

easy to make, tender & delicately flavored if you go lightly w/the lemon juice. next time I'll add some old bay to the flour mixture for a spicy version. will make these again for sure.

Gnocchi I

this was a good place to start from. thanks to the guiding hands of my mom this is a recipe which requires a sense of touch. She added flour till the consistency was what she remembered when she made these. so don't limit yourself to the amounts shown. we had 3 generations making them for dinner & what a great dinner it was.

Scallop Scampi

unfortunately I had a cold while making this dish so my review is based on my family's. Everyone liked this dish, the sauce was very tasty, just a little to much butter. I did thicken the sauce w/a bit of cornstarch & had to use Parmesan cheese. Nice presentation.
