This was really good! I didn't have white wine, and I didn't substitute anything for it but it was still very tasty. Next time I will try it with the wine and see what happens!!

Vegetarian Meatloaf with Vegetables

used soy sauce instead of the worchestershire sauce, used bread crumbs instead of bread and used egg replacer for the eggs and this was a very very good meatloaf! thanks for the recipe :-)

I will only give this a 3 because it was a good base recipe but i doctored it up A LOT!! I took the advise of other reviewers and browned the meat in olive oil and i used seasoned salt before adding it to the slow cooker. I added extra garlic and an extra potato. I checked it half way through and it was just so bland i had to add something else! So then i added some garlic powder and onion powder and more pepper. I then used flour to thicken it up because we like it thick.

awesome just like everyone else said! the only thing i changed was that i seasoned the meat before adding it to the slow cooker with seasoned salt, garlic powder and onion powder!
