This is a great start but I am going to add more spice next time. After reading several reviews I added garlic powder, onion soup mix, and 2 1/2 cups of milk. When I checked it after 45 min to stir all my liquid was gone so I added another cup of milk. I am not sure why that happened, but I continued to cook it for the remaining ime. The rice was still a bit crunchy, but I will make this again adding all the liquids to start with.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

This is delicious. My 7 yr old who never eats anything but cereal went back for seconds. I picked this recipe on my lunch hour and was worried about leaving it with nothing other than the butter, plus I needed dinner to be ready in 4 hours not 5. I threw my chicken breast in frozen turned it on high added the butter and seasoning. When I returned I blended my cream cheese and soup with my hand mixer so it wouldn't be clumpy. I served over angel hair pasta. We will be eating this again very soon!

Slow Cooker Creamed Corn

This was great. Everyone loved it at my Thanksgiving dinner. I did use two packages of frozen corn. I also took the advice of other users and melted the cream cheese and butter together then added to the crock pot. This was very easy and good.

I guess I did something wrong, it was easy and tasted okay, but a little dry. I will probably try it again maybe adding more sour cream??

Anniversary Chicken I

VERY VERY GOOD! My husband who won't touch white meat even loved it! The kids ate every bite and asked for more. This was simple, fast, and easy.

Mexican Casserole

Great recipe and I even messed it up. I used cream of chicken since that is all I had on hand. I was afraid it would taste funny, but to my suprise it was great. I also used Mexican Rotel in place of tomatoes and flour tortillas instead of corn. Super easy Super Good!
