Lobster Mac and Cheese
I made it as directed and EVERYONE at my Easter lunch table went back for more. The only thing I did differently was add 1 extra cup of milk to the recipe and I used 3 lobster tails. Delicious!

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya
I followed the recipe exactly with two tiny exceptions: when I put in the shrimp, I added 2 cups of instant rice AND at the beginning I toothpicked 2 cloves of garlic and nestled 'em in. It was fabulous! My husband (a chef) went back for seconds and kept asking "where did you get this recipe?" Thank you Colleen!
