Peach Cobbler IV

What a great afternoon delight! I actually substituted Splenda for the white sugar, and it came out very light and peachy. It is just the kind of dessert I like, not too sweet. I am going to try it next with blackberries.

Crispy Herb Baked Chicken

I've found that it's better to bake the chicken in foil until about the last 15 minutes, then open up the foil to crisp it up. Delicious!

Apricot Chicken I

From the first time I tried this, it has become a regular "event" at my house. I serve it over steamed rice, with a green veggie and biscuits. We love it!!
