Lightning Gravy
This is a great base but definitely needs some doctoring! I stuck with the 2 bouillon cubes and used Wondra for thickening. I added fresh ground pepper, garlic salt, parsley, Cajun seasoning and then whisked in some lite sour cream. It still wasn't quite right, so I added a couple drops of liquid smoke. Perfect taste just like it came from roasted chicken drippings!

Rhubarb Upside Down Cake II
This was a good recipe but I would use more rhubarb and add some strawberries. It was a little dry on top. Very sweet.

Applesauce Brownies I
This recipe is fantastic! I did make a couple changes based on other reviews. I used the rest of the bag of chocolate chips (beside the cup on top) in the batter and skipped the walnuts because I don't like them. These are so moist and delicious, I can't keep my kids out of them! Great recipe!
