I have had a small catering business for 12 years. I do a lot of business, in office breakfast and lunches. I also cater open houses, holiday parties, and weddings. I have a partner in the business. We have been friends since we were 15 years old and we are now almost 53. It is hard work, but very rewarding in the end.

My husband is from Britian. His Grandmother taught me how to make scotch eggs, lemon curd, English Sausage Rolls, and Scottish Shortbread. My kids have grown up eating lots of different types of food. I am always trying new things, so they have no choice but to try them.
