Poppy Seed Chicken

Mom's Dill Sauce

Yum! I added an additional 1/2 tsp of dill so I could taste it through the mustard. Great sauce! I used fat-free buttermilk and fat-free mayo and it was amazing!

Eggplant Parmesan II

This is excellent! I sweated the eggplant first by using salt to get rid of the bitterness. This is definitley a keeper.

Easy Turkey Curry

Really good. I added alot more curry powder to mine to make it more like a true curry. Almost three times as much. Great for leftovers!!

These are absolutly amazing! My family can't get enough of them. I like mine without the chicken (veggie) and they're still great. I use my George Forman for them and then come out crisp and delicious!

General Tsao's Chicken

I actually made this a healthy dish. I left off the chicken batter, I didn't fry the chicken and just soaked it in ginger and soy sauce and then sauteed it with the onion and peppers before adding the sauce. The recipe called for a bit too much cornstarch. I only used about a tablespoon. The first time it came out like glue. My suggestion: add the cornstarch a little at a time while it cooks. Also, use the small dried Japanese red peppers. They are SUPER-hot! WARNING: Only use about 3 chopped up in the recipe. Overall, a definate keeper!!

Potato Chip Chicken Casserole

This was a decent recipe. Not enough rice. I added a full cup more. Also, for kick, I added a tsp of mustard powder, dill and garlic powder. Would have again. VERY easy to make low-fat/lo-cal by using no-fat mayo/miracle whip, reduced fat cream of chicken soup and the fat-free Wow! potato chips. I've tasted both versions and they are identical!

Aussie Chicken

This was BY FAR the best recipe that I've tried in a long time. The honey mustard was exquisite! No more store bought for me. The great thing was, I turned this into a lo-fat meal by using turkey bacon, 2% cheese and non-fat mayo in the dressing! It was still deee-licious!
