Fry Sauce

I've done this for years and everyone thought I was weird. Nice to know I've got a lot of "weird" company. Best stuff for fries!!!! Even better, use a good smoky BBQ sauce.

Bologna Salad Sandwich Spread I

This is very similar to what I love to eat in Germany when I visit family. It's a popular spread for the hard rolls called Fleischsalat (meat salad). Yummy!!!

I'm making this tonight, am excited because I'm making turkey chili and needed an easy corn muffin recipe. I sneaked a taste of a "broken one" (I kind of broke it) Tastes great!!!! Hope the hubby likes it.

Chip Dip

We used to make this dip often when I was a kid, only we added some catsup. It is still my favorite but I really like onions.

Dave's Ultimate Guacamole

Great taste but I also added cilantro, a touch of lime juice and a couple chopped up grape tomatoes. I also like it chunkier so I mashed rather than processed it.

Wisconsin Bratwurst

Pretty good but I always saute the onions in butter before adding the beer. But I would never add catsup!!!! This is from a cheesehead from Kenosha.

Absolutely Ultimate Potato Soup

I have been searching for the potato soup that they serve at "Hops" without success. This recipe comes very close to being as good, and I love the tarragon flavor in it. Thanks for a great recipe!
