Oh WOW! I mean WOW!! This is a new favorite soup. I followed the recipe exactly and for me that is rare. This came out so rich it was almost decadent.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2013
We call this onion butt chicken. I use two big chicken and stick them in my grandmother's old turkey roaster. It comes out so tender and juciy. One chicken is used for sunday dinner served with mash potatoes and green beans the other one is shredded for tacos, enchiladas or whatever casserole is on the menu for the week.

I have never had any thing like this. My family did not like it but I could not stop snacking on the spicy peaches while I was putting dinner away.

I love the drop dumplings. I was raised on flat rolled dumplings. These are so much easier and less of a mess.

Shoyu Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2012
I have made this several times using suggestions from other reviews. It is good grilled but if you really want the intense flavor of the marinade you have to boil the chicken in it. This is so good served over rice with alot of the marinade.

Vegetarian Korma

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2012
My friend took me out for Indian food the other day. It was the first time I had ever had it. I immediately jumped on here and found this recipe. I took some advise from others and doubled the tomato and used a full can of coconut milk instead of heavy cream. This turned out better that I could have hoped for. I love this and plan on making it again.

I used fresh green beans because they were on sale, fat free cream cheese and 1% milk. I then did not feel guilty about doubling the blue cheese. This would also go good with aparagus. Very easy and quick for week night meal

ChoriQueso

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2005
There must be a different type of chorizo used here because mine gets all runny once it is heated up a 50/50 ratio to cheese is way to much
