Springerle V

I remember my Grandmother making these cookies when I was young for my Dad. They were hard as rocks and he pretty much had them to himself. LOL. I wanted to surprise him by making some. I couldn't let them set overnight so a few hours was all I had before baking them. They were softer than normal but he really loved them. I only made a half batch so I now have fixin's for a second one later this year.

Skillet Ham, Cabbage and Potatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2008
This was sent to me as the Allrecipies daily E-mail. It sounded good so I bought the cabbage & Ham on my way home from work. I pretty much stuck to the recipe only adding some Garlic powder. My wife and I both gave it a 4 1/2 so I rounded it up. It was easy to make and didn't take a lot of time. As with everything I salted & Peppered to taste. Nice recipe.

Anniversary Chicken I

Very good. I'm Glad I tried this recipe. The only thing I changed was that I used KC Masterpiece Teriyaki & Honey Marinade for the Teriyaki sauce. It still turned out awesome!

Venison Breakfast Sausage

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2006
I shared your recipe with the guys at work. They graded it 3.5 - 4 stars. They all liked it but their biggest suggestion was to spice it up a bit more.

Homemade Salami

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2005
I used Venison in this recipe instead of ground beef and shared it with the guys I work with. They were all up around the 4.5 to 5.0 with their votes. I will use this recipe again. Great job!
