Tilapia with Creamy Sauce

My first attempt at making fish, and it was very good. I used Mrs. Dash in place of the lemon pepper. There was just enough lemon flavor, but not too overpowering. I'll make it again.

Pumpkin Swirled Cheese Cake

My husband loves cheesecake, and I love pumpkin pie. This recipe is a perfect mix between the two. It was a huge hit with my mother-in-law, as well. I considered for next time to make more of the crust (because it was a little low on the sides), but my mother-in-law said to not change a thing. Excellent dessert!! I think it will be a hit for Thanksgiving...

Champagne Chicken

I thought this an excellent recipe. I Seasoned the chicken a little more by using garlic. I will experiment with other seasonings in the future to give the chicken a kick. The sauce was excellent, and there was plenty left over to combine with rice afterwards. It was an excellent addition, even without the main course.

Easy Venison Stew

My husband and I really enjoyed this meal. The venison was very tender and tasty. I added a bit of garlic seasoning to the venison and served it over egg noodles. Delicious!

Venison-Bacon White Chili

This was the first time I made anything with venison. It was good, although next time I will cut back on the salt if not eliminate it altogether. Plenty of taste to this dish!

Cube Steak Parmesan

I made this for my husband last night and we both really enjoyed it. I used someone's suggestion of serving it with buttered pasta topped with parmesan, which I sprinkled with parsley flakes to add color. I would probably steam some veggies for a side dish next time I make it. Delicious!!
