We just loved this recipe something different better than cherry pie. I added a can of tropical fruit instead of 2 cans of pears, and I used 1 larger can of peaches. I took it to a family gathering, and everyone just loved it.

Lemon Dill Rice

I really like the taste and texture of this dish. It was everything that I thought it would be. I cut the recipe in half for us. I didn't have any lemon zest or parsley, and it was still great.

Lemon-Orange Orange Roughy

This was moist & tender. I couldn't believe how good this turned out. I never thought it would be this delicious. My husband said it was over the top. This is definitely a keeper.

Lite Carrot Cake

I couldn't believe it was a light and moist cake. I put it in a 8 x 11 pan It didn't raise like I thought it would, but tasted great. I think I may add more 1/2 tsp more baking soda next time. I used the allspice cream cheese frosting. This is a keeper
