Southern Pork Tenderloin

We enjoyed the combination of flavors. The only problem I have with this recipe is the Mustard Pork Garnish. My husband and I both agreed that it over powered the tenderloin. My husband had a recipe for Sauce Robert that worked perfectly. We will use this recipe again. Thanks.

Dog Food Dip

We like spice, but even this was a bit much. I didn't even use the recommended amount of jalapeno peppers. This was too hot with really no flavor. And yes, it looks like dog food.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Great. Didn't use Franks Hot Sauce because of the taste. Used more chunked chicken, and tortilla chips instead of crackers. Went over well with our friends. Will use again. Thanks.

Clemons Family Bean Dip

Ver good. I used Velvetta mexican cheese for a little zing. Also we felt this dip was better after sitting over night. I have made this on several occassions.

Outstanding Chicken Dinner

Aztec Casserole

Didn't do a thing for us. Two cans of enchilada sauce is way too much. I also feel the cheese was a bit much. I sauteed the chicken instead of boiling. By cutting the chicken into bite size pieces my husband used this the next day as a dip, he enjoyed it that way.

Mexican Lasagna Chip Dip

We enjoyed this more the next day with hot sauce added. The cream cheese didn't melt and spread like I thought it would. The cheddar cheese looked hard. Will make again but with some changes. Salsa needs to be hot. Only 1 can of refried beans is necessary. Didn't feel the chili peppers added a thing. Will try cooking the beef with taco seasoning for added flavor. We like spice. Thanks for the recipe.

Cheesy Carrots

We tried them on our guests. The consensus: dry. Suggestions were to whip the carrots with a mixer and only use a 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs. Will try them this way next time. Thanks for the recipe.

I have used this recipe many many times. Always a hit. I prefer using Mini Fillo Shells instead of the bread. More trouble for me but easier for my guests.Thanks.
