I like this recipe and the naan turned out very well. I placed my pizza stone on my charcoal grill and preheated the grill really hot. Since naan is usually made in a tandoor (indian clay oven) I thought this would more accurately reproduce the cooking conditions. In a tandoor, the dough is stuck onto the side of the oven and it is done when it peels itself off. I flipped the naan when the thin parts started to look dark brown. It turned out fantastic, crispy at the thin areas, chewy at the thicker places.
