I work as a firefighter and serve as the shift chef. I have an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and am pursuing a Le Cordon Bleu endorsed degree. I am in the process of opening Cupecoy Bay Bar Grill, a casual, paradise beach themed restaurant. I have a great wife and beautiful child.

My favorite family cooking tradition is the Christmas Eve turkey, ham, and trimmings meal. The food is wonderful, obviously, but nothing is better than the festive, loving feeling around the dinner table when you sit down for that holiday meal with family and friends.
