I followed the recipe exactly. The chicken came out very moist, however the gravy/sauce was solid in the bottom of the pan. Was not able to spoon it over the chicken as I served it. Not sure what I did wrong.

I made this for a co-workers birthday and it received rave reviews from everyone! It is easy to make and the cake was so very moist. Have already received requests to make it again!

Juicy Lucy Burgers

I do love these as is, but because of blood pressure issues, I do change the garlic salt to garlic powder. And since then, I have tried all kinds of things in the center. Crumbled bacon with swiss cheese and mushrooms, my husband likes this one alot as well as feta cheese and bacon or jalapenos and cheese. Lots of fun to try different things!

Apple Crumb Pie

I took this pie to my mother in laws for Thanksgiving and it was a hit! Even after eating a turkey dinner, my husband loved it so much, he ended up having 3 pieces over the course of the day! Will make this again!

Cheesy Corn Casserole

I loved this recipe...I used sharp cheedar to amp up the flavor and used green onion to give a little color to it. I will make this again and again.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

I thought this was one of the best corn casseroles I've ever made. I did use frozen corn, instead of canned corn, and I added green onions, as was suggested by others...Fantastic!!

Beef Tenderloin with Ginger-Shiitake Brown Butter

I made this for Valentine's day. My husband was never more impressed. The flavor was outstanding, and it was very simple to prepare. I could not find mirin, but used a sweet red wine recommended by my local wine store in place of it. Will make this again and again!

Slow Cooker Stuffing

I found the flavor of the stuffing to be fantastic...however next time I will use more chicken broth. It came out much too dry. I prefer a moister stuffing. Thanks!
