French Breakfast Puffs

For those that think the recipe is wrong,it's not. You cream the 1/2 cup sugar with the shortening. Salt goes in with the flour. The other half cup sugar is mixed with the cinnamon to top the puffs.

Silver's Savory Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Alot of you are complaining about the fact that the noodles seem dry after it's been baked. Just make extra sauce and toss it with the noodles before you put them in the baking dish,then do your layering. When you layer it and add the rest of the sauce,all of it will be moist and delish. Problem solved. This recipe is just a blue print. You can do anything with it. Add fresh garlic,thyme,rosemary, or use a shallot instead of just onion. The skies the limits ladies just take it and run with it.

Braised Balsamic Chicken

Just a note to those who aren't fond of balsamic vinegar. Try adding some chicken stock in with the vinegar to equal the 1/2 cup measurement. It's a great way to cut down on the bite of the vinegarbut, still adds great flavor. So, those who might give up on this recipe try it this way and see what you think.

Basic Crepes

Instead of just making them for breakfast or dessert,try some for dinner. Saute'any meat and veggie then simmer in a little broth. When tender just roll the mix in the crepes. Bake for thirty minutes. While there baking make a cream sauce, any type and pour over the crepes just befor you serve them. The skies the limit when it comes to crepes. ENJOY!
