White Chocolate Orange Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2013
Well, we just made these as per the recipe with the exception of leaving out the nuts. They were a bit dry and crumbly, but they tasted good. I'll have to try a different recipe next time or perhaps add more butter...

Too Much Chocolate Cake

This was a good cake, but eventhough I used themini chocolate chips, they didn't melt...they stayed as chips. It was good anyway!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2009
These did very well this year as our Halloween cookies. We used cookie cutters shaped like ghosts and bats....would have like the batter to be a bit sweeter, but that's just a minor alteration next time. Thanks for this one

Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2009
this is a great recipe which I have made numerous times. It's one of those my family asks for. I have made a couple of changes for us though, over the past few months. I took out the bread crumbs but use an italian seasoning mix added to almond flour (this makes it have fewer carbs). Sometimes I use cream of mushroom soup rather than cream of chicken...it's always a great meal. Thanks for this recipe!!

Quick and Easy Green Chile Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2009
This was very good and very easy! My family really enjoyed it, but I needed to add a little more to it to get the flavor I wanted. I cooked the chicken in the crock pot in a 1/4 C of chicken broth and a can of RoTel tomatoes. Then, like other reviewers I also added some red enchilada sauce with the green. Still....could've been a little spicier for me, but a very good recipe!!!

This is so good...really. It was easy to find ingredients for and easy to make...Leftovers are especially good as the flavors have more time to meld. My 7year old loves this! Thanks for the wonderful, healthful recipe!

No Time to Cook Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2008
Just made this one this evening. Great basic recipe..I made some changes. I used "ready to serve" organic cream of chicken soup and condensed cream of mushroom soup. Added one clove of minced garlic and two stalks of sliced celery. Added diced carrot and one cup of frozen peas when I added the sour cream. Also used a few turns on the pepper grind. Served over rice and with garlic bread. This was delicious...my VERY picky 6 year old loved it.

Green Bell Peppers stuffed with Tomato Lentil Couscous

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2008
This is a regular at our house now. I seem to never be able to find the Tomato Lentil Couscous, so I usually end up using the sundried tomato couscous instead and we love it!

I made these by the recipe and they were very good. I did have alot more topping than I needed and next time I'd add either walnuts or oatmealto the topping. Also, I think next time I'll add a pinch of cloves to these muffins. Thanks for this great recipe!!

Cowboy Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: May 9, 2008
Great recipe! used butter, safflower oil, white sugar (cos I was out of brown), choc chips (didn't have butterscotch) and added 1 tsp of cinnamon. These were delish. I look forward to using the brown sugar, butterscotch and adding about a half cup more oatmeal next time. thanks for this yummy recipe!

Macaroni Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: May 5, 2008
yummy recipe..I did add celery, onion and switched out the standard cream of mushroom soup with an organic creamy protobello mushroom soup. It wasn't a condensed soup, tho very thick and I left out the milk altogether. I topped my casserole with italian bread crumbs and grated cheese. :-)

Classic Bran Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2006
Made these today for the first time. We have some food allergies in our family so I replaced the buttermilk with Rice milk, used 2 cups diced apples in place of the raisins and Ener-G's egg replacer instead of egg. The end result was wonderful...thanks
