This recipes was great. Don't get too caught up on being exact on the amounts!! I added a bit of water to my marinade to thin it down and it was a huge hit in our household. Thinning it usually ends up with more flavor in the meat but not the thick sauce you see in the picture.

Great recipe - so easy and huge hit. I added a touch of cayenne pepper to give it a little zip. And I used whipped cream cheese to give it a lighter texture

Slow Cooker Kielbasa and Beer

The recipe is good and we enjoyed it as a family. It's probably not a "family favorite" but I will make it again. As always, follow the suggestions - light beer, brown sausage, add an apple, honey and dijon mustard to the mix.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

This recipe is fantastic. It's easy to make and it's easy to double! The only modification I made was I boiled chicken breast and shredded them. I have had numerous requests for the recipe every time I make it AND I even get requests from friends who heard about it and haven't even tried it yet.

Baked Ziti I

This is fantastic. I make one little change. I mix just a little bit of sauce and a touch of sour cream into the first layer of noodles. Just enough to coat everything but not enough to be sloppy. . .it keeps everything moist. You'll also want to make sure that your layer of provolone has openings to allow the sauce/sour cream to seep through. . you want that yummy mixture to seep in pockets into the noodles. I have doubled and tripled it for large meals and there are rarely leftovers. I also add in any veggies (onions, peppers, mushrooms) that I have on hand.

These were great. A little messy to make but use the beans to weight down the tortillas! With a side of sour cream these were a huge hit as an addition to taco night.

Amazing Chicken

READ THE REVIEWS!! It's the key to this recipe. The mayo keeps the chicken moist but you are going to want to spice up the breading!! I went with bread crumbs, Parmesan, onion powder, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. My husband loved it served with spagetti and noodles and a touch of fresh Parmesan.

Baja Fish Tacos

great easy recipe!! Depending on how fresh the fish is you are using, you may want to cut back on the seasoning and let the fish shine! If you are using a frozen fish, the seasoning is great.
