Spicy Vegan Potato Curry

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2012
This recipe was flavorful and delicious! My husband and I love spicy food, but this was a close to being too spicy for us. We powered through and really enjoyed it! I think we'll do a bit less cayenne next time...and have some chapati on the side. :) Yum!

Country Apple Dumplings

Delicious! After reading some of the other reviews, I decided to use Ginger Ale (less sugar) and I halved the recipe. It served four adults with plenty of leftovers. An absolutely wonderful, easy dessert!

Broccoli Soup II

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2010
We loved this meal! I added some onions, like some of the other people. It didn't make very much though, my husband and I ate the whole thing in one sitting. It could be doubled for guests. :) Yum!

I made some of the changes the others recommended. I used frozen white corn and also added two jalapeno peppers and some hot sauce. This was delicious!

Three Cheese Macaroni with Tomatoes

A new favorite in the family. My husband and I have it almost monthly. :) We tried it also with fresh tomatoes instead of canned. Delicious and a little bit healthier. :)

Vegetarian Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2007
I used the veggie-ball part of the recipe a few times, cooking them in Cream of Mushroom for a Swedish-Meatball type of recipe. Delicious. I tried it with the sweet and sour sauce for the first time yesterday and my husband and I LOVED it! We had orange marmelade on hand, so we used that instead of the apricot jam. We eliminated the salt because we had bought pre-made seasoned bread crumbs which already had a lot of salt in it. Delicious! We served it with plain egg noodles, which were good with the sauce as well. I think we'll make it next time we have friends over! YUM!

Easy Potato Cheese Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2005
I really liked the taste of this soup. I added green onions and some shredded cheese on top. My husband said it needed more pepper...but I did add a lot while making it! :) It was good though! If you like really thick potato soup, however, this was not too thick.
