Portobello Mushroom Stroganoff

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2008
My rating is also for the "doctored" version. I probably used half the butter. I added Worcestershire only (not a fan of Soy sauce), a can of mushroom pieces along with the yummy portobello's, about a tablespoon of tomato paste then I added about a tsp of cayenne to the sour cream/flour mix. I used chicken broth I had on hand. We also only use whole wheat pasta products and this was great with WW egg noodles. This was so delicious we will probably have it a couple of times a month. Thumbs WAY Up

Wow! That was yummy. We served with Pasta Roni Angel Hair Pasta with Parmesan Cheese. It was a huge hit!

Hot and Tangy Broccoli Beef

We served it with some fried rice but I didn't even eat the rice because the meal was great without it.

Wild Rice and Beef Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2006
This was very good. I used sharp cheddar cheese which gave it a nice tang. Next time I will mix some of the cheese into the rice/meat mixture for a more even flavor. We added a bit of hot sauce as well.

Cod au Gratin

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2006
Very good. I made it as is the first time. The second time I mixed 1 cup of cooked instant rice with the fish for a less juicy consistancy and 1 tps cayenne to the flour mixture for a little kick. We loved it then! It will be a regular meal for us. Thank you for sharing!!
