Over the years I have changed my cooking and eating habits. I go to the pool 3 times a week and walk in the water. I have medical issues that restrict my physical activity right now. You really need to change a whole life style of eating as you age. I should have started younger.

Breakfast omelets, lamb stews, paninis, casseroles. Anything in the slow cooker, pork dishes

My family raised me on lobster,shrimp,crab,all fish, and chowders. Beans and hot dogs every Sat.

My first stew, only cooked 30 minutes. Birthday cake I frosted warm,hid the cake to find the top had slid off onto the floor. Now at 65 I am finding I forget to put an ingred. in recipes.It is 4 years since I posted my info. I am battling an illness that explains why my cooking has gone down hill over the past few years. I do not cook or bake any longer, but I love to find recipes for my DH to make:)
