Almond-Crusted Tilapia
I made this with cod instead but it's still awesome!

Homemade Wonton Soup
This was an awesome recipe. I/t got rave reviews from my family. I made a few changes though. I omitted the shrimp (most of my family don't eat/like it). I couldn't find snow peas so I left those out as well, but I did add water chestnuts and shredded carrots to the filling and the broth. So yummy! This is definitely a keeper. Thanks!!

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
Awe. Some. Soup. My family and I have made and ate it two days in a row! I just added carrots, broccoli and celery. I only had 1 1/3 of half and half and used 5 T each of flour and butter. I just had to add a little cornstarch to make it thicker. I added real bacon bits and shredded cheese and gorged myself. Freaky good soup!!!
