Best Brownies

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2013
I made these for a cheerleading bake sale and used a mini muffin pan. Baked them for 10 minutes. They are so chewy and chocolatey. I will not buy anything with partially hydrogenated oils so buying a mix is out of the question. I don't need to though because I always have these ingredients and they are better than a mix. Also I only buy whole wheat flour and they are still delicious. Thanks for posting.

Fiery Fish Tacos with Crunchy Corn Salsa

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2012
My husband LOVES this. Its a little hot for the kids and me so I have backed down the cayenne to 1 tablespoon. I shared the recipe with my sister and she has been making it often too. I always have flour tortillas on hand so mostly use those but have used the corn too. Great either way.

Fruit Dip VI

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2010
Yum!! I halved the recipe because I only had 1 box of cream cheese. It was so good. I did mix with a hand mixer and got a very creamy texture. Great with all fruits. Will use this recipe from now on!!

Pork Chops with Apple Curry Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2005
This was great. I used the crock pot also, but I cheated. I didn't brown anything. I just thru all the ingredients into the crock pot and let it cook all day. I didn't have curry so I made my own using southwestern seasoning and instant mulling spice from tastefully simple. It was delicious. It is my 4-year old's favorite and she actually eats 2 helpings. I have also made it with a pork roast and it is great.

Garlic Butter Sauce II

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2005
This was so good and so easy. I wanted to try something other than the typical red sauce and this was great. I used italian seasoning instead of parsley. Even my picky 4-year old ate it. I sprayed butter spray on top of hers though. It's a keeper!
