Zucchini Brownies
Oh my GOODNESS these are amazing!!! You don't even taste the zucchini, which is a bonus as my 6 year old son definately wouldn't eat them if he knew there were actually veggies in there!! Plenty rich without the icing, but doubly good with :) A definate keeper - this recipe will have a place in the front of my recipe box for sure!! Thanks for sharing.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
OH MY GOD this soup is amazing. I have never made a cream soup before, so I was a bit nervous with the margarine, flour and milk portion at the end....but I had absolutely no issues, this was really easy! It did take the milk mixture about 10 minutes to thicken up not the 4-5 mins it suggested. I used julienned carrots from the grocery store and chopped some celery stalks with the cubed potatoes. I also used chicken broth instead of the water to boil the veggies in, and skipped the bouillon granules. Added some salt and pepper and celery salt. And I didn't have any ham so I skipped the meat. Sooooo good!!!!! Thanks for the awesome recipe!!

Best Spinach Dip Ever
Yum! Made this for a retirement party (doubled the batch) and it was so good! Made a few adjustments - I wasn't able to find the leek soup so I used Knorr Vegetable Soup mix and I omitted the water chestnuts just because they're not my was still very good. The only thing I was disappointed with was the fact that there was none left over to bring home!!
