Twice Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2008
These potatoes are DIVINE! They are now a weekly meal at my house! My boyfriend LOVES them and so do I! I follow the recipe to a tee and it is so flavorful! Hard to go back to a regular baked potato once you make these!

Three Cheese Baked Pasta

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2006
YUM! This was really good. My Husband absolutley loved it! The sour cream is an awesome addition, and so is the provolone. I layered it exactly as stated, and it came out perfect! The only changes I made were that I used Italian Sausage instead of Ground Beef, and I also added in some Italian Seasonings and Garlic to the Sauce. I will be making this again!

Cincinnati Chili I

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2006
This chili was just not something my husband or I really cared for. I agree with the other reviewers who said you either love it or hate it. There really isn't any inbetween. It just isn't something our tastes are used to I guess.

Lazygirl's Ground Turkey Stroganoff

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2005
This recipe is quick and easy, yet the end result was a bit too much like "Hamburger Helper" to me. I added extra onion and seasoning (garlic and paprika) to this and also about a cup of sour cream. It would have been too dry otherwise if I hadn't have. I think that next time I make this, I will doctor it up a bit with some mushrooms, and peas.

Cheesy Enchiladas

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2005
These enchilladas are a good choice for those looking to cook a tastey treat but without meat. Personally, for me, these were rich and somewhat satisfying, but I do prefer my old standbye beef or chicken enchilladas. The cream cheese in these is good, but I find it to be a bit too much. My fiance actually took a few bites of these and said, "What!? No meat!?" :-0

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2005
I always enjoy this recipe when I want "comfort food". I find that frying the chops with the breading, and then baking with the soup mixture gives them an excellent flavor as opposed to just throwing them in the oven without frying first. Serve over white rice and you've got a great meal!

Ground Turkey Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2005
This recipe is not bad for a quick fix for a busy weeknight. I am exhausted when I get home sometimes from work/school, so I find this meal to be quick and easy to throw together. The cream cheese and sour cream make this recipe rich and satisfying, but I do find the overall taste of the dish to be a bit bland even with extra seasoning.

Glazed Meatloaf II

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2005
Let me just say, this meatloaf is DELICIOUS! Before making this recip I had never been a fan of ANY meatloaf except my fiance's mothers which is very similiar, but after making this, both myself and my fiance agreed it is the best meatloaf we've ever had. I always substitute the bread slices for 1 cup of breadcrumbs, and it turns out great! It's moist, hearty, and delicious! I serve it with mashed potatoes, and I always make more sauce for this one because we love it saucy! Makes great leftovers for the next days lunch too!
