Christmas Eve Oyster Stew

Very Bland to me. I love oyster stew but have never tried making it before. This is missing something but because i have not made prior I could not put my finger on it.

Chicken Salad

This is a good quick recipie. I used it for Turkey salad after the holidays, and just added some onion and a little more spice. Will definately use again

Creamy Potato Pork Chop Bake

My family loved this recipe. Pork Chops were tender and the entire thing was filling. I did add some Garlic Powder when browning the chops. But it is an excellent casserole.

Island Kielbasa in a Slow Cooker

This recipe was a hit with my family. Deliciouse. I will decrease the brown sugar when I make it again. When you go to reheat its a little too sweet for me, but this is a great little dish.
