Chicken Piccata II

It was tasteless and mushy. The coating just went to mush once you added the broth and cooked it. Very disappointed.

Balsamic Bruschetta

They were a huge hit at work when I brought them in for my staff room duty. I didn't care for them much myself because I found them a bit heavy on the ginger. As well as my second batch never cooked properly. They were uncooked in the middle and regardless as to how much more time I gave them they refused to cook. I may try again but definitely not going to be the first recipe I grab when I'm making cookies.

Sesame Shrimp Stir-Fry

Not bad. Ours turned out to be tasty although the marinade didn't get through all the shrimp. Some were heavily spiced and some had no flavours at all. I'll try it again and perhaps make double the marinade and see what happens.

Asian-Glazed 'Melt-in-Your-Mouth' Pork Tenderloin

I brined the tenderloin for 12 hours and it still did not absorb much of the flavour. The glaze was also not something we enjoyed. It tasted far too much like the hoisin sauce. It seemed to overpower all the other sauces and flavourings in it. Too bad because I had such high hopes for it seeing as it was a 5 star recipe.

Campbell's® Spicy Salsa Mac 'n' Beef

It was edible, but really not that great. It was like a spicy hamburger helper but at twice the cost. I had to add 2 cans of cheese soup because it was bland otherwise and the only way it tasted even half decent was with a ton of salt on it. Not something I'd ever make again.

Orange Ginger Tuna Salad

I thought that this recipe was disgusting.The ginger was too overpowering even with it being halfed and it was way too dry for my liking. I even added more mayo to try to moisten it up and take away a bit from the ginger taste and it didn't help at all. I won't be trying this again. Disappointing as I had high hopes for it.

Swiss Chicken Casserole I

It was bland and tasteless. I made it using an extra can of soup under the chicken and it didn't help at all. I won't be trying this again.I did not like the presentation at all. Definitely a huge disappointment.

Soft, Moist and Gooey Cinnamon Buns

Made these tonight and I'm still not too sure about them. A lot of the filling oozed out of the buns while cooking and left them pretty tasteless. I made more of the filling, melted it and drizzled it over the tops which seemed to make a bit of a difference. If I try them again I might either try to roll them tighter or cook it as a roll and then cut them. Very very messy. But the dough itself was quite good. I'm very impressed by that. I'll probably try this one more time to be sure, but so far I'm not convinced of this recipe.

Cheesy Potatoes

I've made these many times, they're a hit with me but not with my father. My only complaint is that it doesn't matter how much I cook them, reduce the time or such, the cheese always burns.

Best Brownies

Excellent recipe.I did as other had suggested and didn't add the baking powder and added a few chocolate chips to it. It worked fantastic! I didn't try the frosting though..

Dash's Donair

The meat was good, but it took ages to cook. We had to cook it and then place it in the freezer to be able to slice it. The sauce was far too runny, had to go to the store and buy donair sauce. I did everything i could think of to thicken the sauce and it didn't work *beat it, whip it, cool it*. It's definitely a keeper recipe for us, in regards to the meat but it'll be something we make a few days in advance.
