The meat was good, but it took ages to cook. We had to cook it and then place it in the freezer to be able to slice it. The sauce was far too runny, had to go to the store and buy donair sauce. I did everything i could think of to thicken the sauce and it didn't work *beat it, whip it, cool it*. It's definitely a keeper recipe for us, in regards to the meat but it'll be something we make a few days in advance.
