Great Pot Roast! My whole family loved this recipe. I have made this twice already. I did add a few ingredients, carrots, celery, onion, and garlic. Also I used low sodium beef broth instead of water. This is a keeper!!

Beef Bulgogi

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2010
I have not tried this recipe but my korean mom makes it with the same ingredients. Freezing the meat with the ingredients does very well. My mom makes a huge batch and freezes most of it. When it is time to cook it, she just lets it defrost. Bulgogi goes really well with jap chae (or however you want to spell it)!! Thanks for sharing this recipe with everyone!!

I changed this recipe up a little, due to others recommendations. I also grilled them on our charcoal grill. They came out delicious! I actually like this recipe better than regular burgers.

Vegetable Pizza I

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2010
I have had this before at school functions and fell in love with this. I use low fat cream cheese and low fat crescent rolls, and many kinds of vegetables on top. My husband (who does not like broccoli and cauliflower) ate many servings of this.

Old Fashioned Onion Rings

This is a great recipe!! My husband and daughter loved them. You can also cut the onion thin and put them on top of hamburgers or any of your favorite sandwiches. So good and crispy.

Best Lemonade Ever

Reviewed: May 8, 2009
I love this recipe. As some others suggested I put the sugar water mixture in the microwave, instead of the stove, I used about 1 1/4c of sugar. I used about 8 lemons to make 1 1/2c of lemon juice, which I also had to sqeeze by hand. This definitely did not take 4 hours to make. My husband and 3 year old loved it.

Country Fried Steak and Milk Gravy

Reviewed: May 12, 2008
This was very good. I substituted the lard for oil. I also added a bit of paprika on the steaks. Just make sure the oil is very hot before adding the steaks. Makes the outside nice and crispy, not mushy.

I did change a few things in this recipe. I used bread crumbs instead of the pieces of bread. I added garlic and shredded carrots to the meatloaf. Very yummy.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2008
This was very good recipe. As some people suggested, I also used a bread crumb coating as opposed to the flour. I pounded out the chicken to about a 1/2 inch thickness. Browned the chicken in a skillet and then put it into the oven. I did not care much for the sauce (I don't like the wine taste), but my husband enjoyed it. Also my 2 yr old daughter ate some of the chicken, and she is a very picky eater! Next time I will leave out the wine and try chicken broth.
