Magic Peanut Butter Middles

The first time I made this, I found it to be very time consuming to wrap the dough around the middles. The next time I made it I rolled out the dough, put the centers on it, topped with dough and then used my ravioli cutter- works like a charm and saves so much time! A favorite recipes of my kids and friends!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This is great! The perfect slow roaster recipe. I dredged it in flour seasoned with cracked black pepper, and seared it on all sides first. Used 1 cup beef stock 1/4 cup red wine instead of water.I put cut up potatoes, onions, baby carrots and mushrooms on bottom of crock pot with seared roast. The flour dredging and searing make the gravy a perfect consistency and the stock and wine give it that extra rich flavor. I've made it with different cuts of pot roast and the cooking time varied with the cut, but every time it came out jsut deliciously!

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Love the simplicity of this recipe and the fact it is absolutely moist and delicious. Only changes I made was using 3 large bananas that I whipped with mixer and being a little more generous with the vanilla. Was great baked in muffin tins with choc. chips! Will use recipe again and again.

Incredible Punch

I made this for a "girls' day out" brunch at my house. Was a tremendous hit! Unique and fabulous... and added to the fun. I too had a problem with it staying frozen too long, so right or wrong I put it in the microwave to help it along a bit.

Oriental Cold Noodle Salad

I used 1 lb. angel hair pasta because I didn't have the soba noodles, and they worked very well. I omitted the cilantro. Found the recipe to be tasty, but the vinegar taste was strong. If I made it again, I would reduce the amount of wine vinegar. A fresh tasting recipe.

Easy Focaccia

Excellent recipe! Light, fluffy and delicious. Came out perfectly. I added crushed garlic and the rosemary right to the dough after its first rise, and sprinkled parmesean on top. A great base recipe to add many other spices and ingredients to it. Thank you for sharing it!

Japanese Chicken Wings

I reduced the sugar to 3/4 as suggested by others, and used chicken stirfry/tender pieces instead of wings. Followed the recipe from there, but increased sauce, boiled spaghetti noodles, drained them well, and then added to the baking chicken for the last 10 minutes or so in the oven. Delicious! I'd reduce the sugar even more next time and perhaps add some red pepper flakes for a kick. Gr8 recipe, thank you!
