Bellyful of Barbecued Bananas

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2005
I was home, alone with my 3 yr old twin sisters, who I had just gotten down for a nap. I was getting bored (imagine that!!)and thought i would surprise my family of 8 with a dessert. I found this one and made it on the skillet (med low heat). I was almost finished when one of the twins woke up. She found my extra sugar and gobbled it down (not without a mess at her feet)!!! So i started cleaning up when the other twin woke up by then and together, both of them found the finished bananas!!! In the end...my family enjoyed all of the bananas after dinner (minus three or four...)

No Crust Strawberry Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2005
For my pie, first i used a graham cracker crust, made the pie, added blueberries, then froze it so it would set. I then garnished it with Cool Whip!! It was great the way i made it, but by itself, i wouldnt think so. Thanks!

Cafe Latte Milkshake

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2005
As another reviewer stated, the original recipie was very thin. If that is the way you want it it would be fine but i tend to like my milkshakes thick so i added a lot of extra frozen yogurt. Also, the original recipie had a strong coffee taste, but the more ice cream you add, the less it is.

Creamy Blueberry Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2005
I baked this for my family of 8 and it was complimented by all. One of my sisters even deemed it, "almost storebought" because of the professional look to it. I didnt have enough blueberries but used a bag of mixed frozen berries instead. Delicious!!!

Chewy Chocolate Cookies I

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2005
These were awesome!! I used 3 cups of flour and didnt have any prob with them flattening. I used 1 and 1/4 c of white sugar and 1/4 of brown becasue others said it was too sweet. I also didnt use all of the choco chips.

Chocolate Icing

This was simply wonderful!! I had to add a little bit of milk to thin it a little because of the thickness but it was great! My sister (BasketballRox2471) made this for her first batch of brownies....DELICIOUS!!!
