Absolutely the BEST Rich and Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing Ever!

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2012
I would give this five stars if I had prepared as directed. However, I did not write down the recipe. I did it from memory, scaled it back and accidentally omitted the sugar. We had it on wedge salads. The next day my wife took the remainder for her salad at lunch. She came home and said to me, "You should bottle that and sell it". High praise indeed. I will make it again without the sugar. Thanks for the recipe!

Basic Crepes

Reviewed: May 2, 2007
I would not change a thing. These are very easy. I stuffed them with roasted chicken and spinach and covered them with a parmesan cheese sauce. My wife took one apart, scraped off the sauce and said she could eat the crepes all by themselves. Thanks for the recipe. There are so many possibilities with crepes. This recipe is a very good foundation.

As well as the garlic and lime juice, I add cilantro before blending. GREAT on hamburgers.

Barbequed Steak

I use Montreal Steak Seasoning as well. I use olive oil and whisk it together with a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice. Brush it on the steaks and season them liberally about an hour or two before you grill them. Really simple and really good!

Greek Style Garlic Chicken Breast

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2006
This is really a good marinade. I use less oil, slightly more lemon, omit the paprika. I add cilantro and green onions and put it in a blender. Good stuff!

Carne Asada Marinade

I make a similar version of this. I add some finely chopped cilantro and green onions. You do need to marinade at least 8 hours.
