Asparagus Quiche
Great recipe! I modified the recipe just a bit. I just parboiled the asparagus, drained & let it cool. I sauteed the bacon & about 1/2 cup of chopped onions together. When they were just about done cooking, I added the asaparagus to the bacon & onions & sauteed for a minute. Mmmmmmmm!!

Apple Crisp II
Awesome recipe!! The first time I made this for a family bbq, I didn't add the water & it came out wonderfully--everyone couldn't stop raving about it! The second time I made it (just for my family), I still didn't use any water, I substituted Splenda for the granulated sugar & the Spenda Brown Sugar Blend for the brown sugar in the topping & it still came out excellent! This is a wonderful recipe whether using regular sugar or a sugar substitute. Thank you for sharing your receipe!

Ronaldo's Beef Carnitas
EXCELLENT recipe!! It works great in a crock pot with a few additions...I used all of the listed ingredients plus one 14oz can beef broth, 1 TBLSP red pepper flakes, & about 12 cloves of garlic (love garrrlic!). I mixed all of the dry ingredients in the beef broth then poured it over the pork in the crock pot & left it on the High setting for 6 hours. Once the pork was done, I shredded it then let it soak in the liquid for another 15 minutes.
